I am a product designer currently working at SeviceNow's Employee Workflow team, where we build products to streamline and automate HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and improve overall productivity. In 2023, I have completed Human-Centered Design & Engineering master’s degree@University of Washington.

Some facts about myself - I've had the exciting opportunity to live in three countries. I was born in South Korea, went to high school in the Philippines, and completed my undergrad and master's in the United States 🇰🇷🇵🇭🇺🇸. These experiences have given me a unique perspective and a passion for seeing the world through different lenses. I love to venture into new things to challenge myself and to perceive the world differently and more empathetically. In my free time, I do many things that inspire my creativity- taking photos, tinkering with new technology, cooking up new recipes, and crafting something fun. 📷✨🍳🎨

I've explored diverse fields, including scientific research, business consulting, and design. In my undergrad, I studied Neuroscience and minored in Visual Arts@Johns Hopkins university. I pursue my passion in UX design to spark tangible innovation and impact people's lives at scale. I am interested in inclusive design driven by technology to improve people's lives and empowering human capabilities by bridging people to technology.
