Product designer
As a Product Designer at ServiceNow, I worked on enhancing the HR service delivery workflow for the Employee Workflow team. My focus was on designing cohesive and seamless user flows and UX patterns for the Manager Hub and Learning Experience services, aimed at improving the overall efficiency and user satisfaction of the HR service delivery process. I proposed and delivered designs for a flexible Team Insight layout that supports managers working with diverse work personas and makes the insights more actionable for managers. Overall, my role involved using my design skills to improve the HR service delivery experience for ServiceNow's users.

As a Product Designer, I faced the challenges of understanding a complex system integrated with the vast Now Platform, which caters to multiple services for enterprise clients.
On the other hand, starting projects with little definition required me to ask the right questions, gather information from cross-functional partners, and leverage my problem-solving skills to achieve project goals. This demanded adaptability and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities and feedback.
My experience at ServiceNow helped me develop comfort with ambiguity and the confidence to tackle complex problems with creative solutions.
